Brisbane songwriter Jeremy Hunter releases his second EP 'Colossus', an entirely self-produced exploration of despair, dreams and everything in life that is too big to fit into boxes.

The songs are melancholy yet beautiful ruminations on love, loss, dreams and death which spring from personal experiences over the three years since his 2013 debut. Hunter's style draws from singer-songwriters in the vein of M Ward and Bon Iver, musicians who strive to retain a tenderness in their music whilst they explore emotionally complex territory.

This record is the first project that Hunter both played and produced entirely on his own, showcasing both his production skills and talents as a multi-instrumentalist. The results are lush layered walls of piano, guitar, and harmonies that swell and subside, all the while supporting Hunter's ardent vocal style.
